E300 is a special numerical control device for torsion-axis bending machine. It gathers the essence of professional technology of ESTUN for many years. With the support of unique drive control technology, it provides a complete and economical solution for torsion-axis bending machine.
E300 CNC device adopts integral product structure, built-in high-performance A8 processor, and is equipped with 5.6-inch, 640x480 dot matrix, 18-bit full-color display screen, and integrates I/O port, serial port and USB interface.
The product operation of E300 is mainly realized through the buttons on the front panel. At the same time, in order to meet the needs of users, an oil pump switch and an emergency stop button are installed in the customized suspension cabinet.
Brief description of functions
The E300 CNC device inherits the classic operation method of ESTUN, and completes the control operation of the bending machine through a simple and intuitive parameter configuration interface. Its interface is friendly, easy to use, and its functions match, and it has the following control functions:
*Support four axes (X, Y, R, C).
*Automatically calculate the position of the stopper according to the bending angle, material, plate thickness and mold parameters.
*Servo controls the X-axis and R-axis to achieve high-precision control of the backgauge.
*The control of the C-axis can be controlled in two ways, hydraulic or mechanical.
* Angle programming and position programming.
* Simplifies machine tool debugging, and supports parameter backup and recovery, import and export.
* One-page programming, improve programming efficiency.
*Pressure holding time and retreat waiting can be directly controlled by the device, no need to connect an external time relay.
* Avoid mold interference or collision.
*Return distance adjustment function to improve the working efficiency of the machine tool.
*The position of the clamping point is automatically adjusted.
*Provide a monitoring page, which is convenient for real-time viewing of input, output, slider, and alarm status information.
*R-axis zero position is automatically adjusted.
* Material and mold property editing.
* Workpiece processing under multiple working modes (jog, single, continuous).
* Metric and imperial and Chinese and English.
*IO ports can be numbered freely and have self-test function.
*One-way and two-way positioning function.
*Back and escape function.
*Referencing and teaching.
*The axis can be shifted manually.
* Power-off position memory function, on-site protection of parameters, positions and programs, etc.
